    Does anybody know how to transfer mpg files to a htc hero?

    I tried to drag and drop using the usb and mini card that the phone came with, but it never shows up on the albums. Am i doing anything wrong. Can some1 help me with this?

    what's the difference between palm tech support or verizon tech support?

    okay well my palm pre plus is having a bit of an issue I wish to address. I was wondering which will better to call the verizon tech support or palm. I have both their numbers. I'm almost certain I will have to get a replacement from past experiences. Do both send refurb phones?

    ...issues.? I am trying to get the BlueMouse Bluetooth mouse HID module to work on Windows Mobile 6.5 and it doesn't work because the Bluetooth module is not compatible. Is it possible to install the microsoft bluetooth stack on WM6.5? Thanks
