    It is very very likely to be locked to AT&T with their branded firmware. And likely also to be exclusive to AT&T at least for a little bit, and at least in the US. Have heard that Nokia Maps and Ovi would be there though. We'll see. Oh and I think those spec lists seen on GSMArena forum etc...
