i downloaded the program but it wont launch coz it says that i have to close netscape 7.1 and system tray quick launch before i can use flashplayer 9. but i don't know how to do this. i went to add/remove but netscape 7.1 is not there. i don't even know what quick tray is. can you help me...

i tried to download the latest adobe flash 10 player however during mid-download it stopped asking to please remove netscape 7.1 and quick time. i tried to go to go to add/remove data but 7.1 was not there it must be saved at another place on my computer like desk top or something. so...
