    do i have to confess my sins before i do communion in church again?

    well yess thats ussually ho it goes Im catholic too and really dont confess haha ussualy I ask god for forgiveness I got o confession for guidance , or when I dont know what to do for a special sin etc. if I keep commiting it , or if it was a deadly sin , etc.
