    Cupcake for Australia?

I bought my HTC Dream unlocked not through Optus (Australia's Dream/G1 provider) and am running it on the Virgin mobile network I'm just wondering if anyone knows if I'll be able to get updates with my current setup or would I have to either move to Optus for them or manually update? Not worried...

    Iphone 3gs vs Motorola Droid

ok OP, I have both a droid (my personal phone) and an iphone 3gs ( company's cell). I'm a very techy person, and I would prefer the droid over the iphone 3gs anytime, but here is the deal. If you want to look cool and be envy of everyone, want a simpler but a cellphone that can do a lot, get...

    Nokia MWC predictions?

Dual core phones will be announced by Nokia. ST Ericcson supposedly said a dual core Symbian phone is coming out in the first half of 2011. That would be in line with the Tegra 2's on Android. I also expect a greatly enhance Ovi Maps, something to be pure Qt and hopefully integrated much better...

Cartoons that give away the humor

Or when Stewie says, "I'll do to you what I did to John Lennon..." which cuts away to a scene that is not what you expected at all. Stuff like that is clever. The holding hand thing is absolutely bothersome and I hate when cartoons do that. One of my main issues with that though involves more...

Blog Talkback: The Incredible Disappearing Animation Channel

That's what I would assume since animation is a slow, time consuming process as oppose to shooting something in live action. Very good point. Most shows I like don't get as much promotion as others, and not every cartoon deserves to get sent to the morning death slots. Especially if they...

    Hate Touchscreen phones?

I don't mind touchscreens, but prefer hard-keys. Excited to get Desire Z. Touchscreen, Optical trackpad + full landscape keyboard = my heaven.

    South Park - "Pandemic" - Talkback [10/22]

This episode is the prime example for why I rarely watch SP any more, the plots are interchangeable, example; the boys are annoyed or consumed by something, the government gets involved, lather-rinse-repeat. Plus, like someone else said, I never even heard of a peruvian pan-flute band. The...

    Characters with good chemistry togother

Fox & Crow were a pair of characters created for the early days of the now defunct UPA studio. The execs worked with Fox & Crow under duress, as they really wanted to make an alternative to funny animal pictures, but nonetheless they employed F&C to get their collective foot in the door, before...

What If: Kids' WB! still existed?

Actually, we've already seen that plot. One of the Johnny Test season finales that aired on Kids WB a couple of weeks ago had Johnny (as Johnny X) teaming up with several of his enemies (excluding Bling-Bling Boy, who's really more of an annoyance than a villain) to stop an alien invasion led by...
