    From What You Described, No One Can Help You. It's Not A Real iPhone. When You Said You Hit The Reset Button With A Pen, I Knew It Wasn't A Real iPhone, Cause iPhone's Don't Have A Button You Can Press On The Side, And Normal iPhone's Don't Take ANY Sim Card!! So, Good Luck!!!
