    How does a squire address the knight he is serving under in Europe?

    Does he call him "sir" or "my lord"? Can knights be addressed as "my lord"? Thank you.

    Why do knights have the titles like "Stephen of Limerick"?

    I was just curious as to why there is a "of -insert place here-" after their name? Could somebody please explain why this is so. Are they more than knights? Thanks.
