Tom Hardy omg, he just gets better and better :sigh: "dream a little bigger darling"

but yes, arthur body stacking was immense :lmao: i would have been like :eyebrow:

i think the comedic moments were needed just to idk, but they were awesome :P

I caught the wedding band at the beginning but not again or didn't pay attention :)

Thats true about the totem cause he would know it and all  but one of my theories is that she's alive indeed. So if she's alive, could he use it as a totem

He was alright with the long hair too for The Man with the Iron Mask but damn for when he was Jack

I was perfectly happy with it being 2D. I don't think it would've been any better in 3D, maybe the opposite.

I too had quite high expectations eventhough at first I thought it was gonna be some forgettable (for me) blockbuster with my fave actors but unlike usually my high expectations were met. This actually is as good as they say and deserves all the hype, unlike some. *cough*TheDarkKnight*cough*

I'm gonna see it again today. Maybe I'll set my mind about the reality or not thing after the second viewing.

I don't think it matters much that his totem was originally Mal's... the importance was that no one else alive would no it's properties, weight etc.... and Mal wasn't alive anymore, so he could use it.

But the wedding band thing is a nice hint for those who catch it.

I saw The Prestige today... I heard it was better than Inception, but

:lmao: I love the art oh God it is HILARIOUS

I could see it being all a dream..I don't think it'd be too cheesy or a cop out because the entire movie focuses on what is a dream and what isn't. atleast to me.

Mal being alive and Cobb in lingo? Man give me awhile to sort that one out it just confuses even more.

I liked the ending was more open :)

I saw this movie a couple of days ago and loved it. I thought I had gotten the ending but after reading some reviews/theories I'm not so sure. There is so much detail that you would never pick up after watching it once. I really want to go and see it again.

Kinda of wished that this hard been out in 3D cause that would have been epic :look: cause the fight scenes were :thud:

However, movie didn't live up to my "expectations" :look: maybe I went in there with too high of expectations but...

[sp]The visual effects were fanastic with the street going over top of them and becoming a square. All the stuff that Arthur delt with related to the hotel with fighting side ways and upside down was cool[/sp]

[sp]The main storyline of the "inception" into Cillian's mind was alright, wasn't anything grand but did like how they used the effect of telling him that he was in a dream and having him aware. That was brilliant and did like that but felt that maybe I was expecting more from that[/sp]

[sp]I didn't read a single thing but kinda of felt that it wasn't reality from pretty early on. Was starting to think that his wife was right and that it wasn't real. I think that she "kicked" herself out and she's living the real world with not being dead. Also kinda of felt a bit like what it was in Shutter Island with how I kinda of feel that he himself has created everything that has happened. His team and people may not be real but sub-concious and stuff. So it was a disappointment but the movie was still alright[/sp]

This movie is has even surpassed Matrix to me.

Okay I see people with avs. I am dying to get an Inception avatar where do I go???

I'm a huge Ellen Page fan and I think she did great. I don't think I am being bias either. She balanced out well for a cast that has vastly better acting experience and her role was important because they needed an architect. Plus I don't think I ship them that much but she did get Cobb to open up and we learned how big of a role his wife would end up having.

Not reading the posts, since I haven't seen the movie yet but just wanted to let people know about a campaign for one of the actors, namely Joseph Gordon Levitt:

^^ I loved the line Saito had about bying the whole airline.

I've been meaning to go see it again, didn't succeed yesterday but am gonna try again today. :D I've been wanting to see this again from the second I walked out of the theater. And I'm not gonna just wait for the dvd 'cause a: I can't wait that long and b: it's so much better on big screen.

This is a great theory! (it makes me want to watch it again for that detail.) I am glad that this is number 1 in the box office again.

ETA @Freddie, I definitely agree. The female characters in this film is well-written, especially Cotillard's  There was a common cry that Nolan doesn't know how to hire female characters in his movies (based from fans hehe) but in this one he really nailed it.

I totally agree with you on the women in Batman  I hope that for the 3rd one Nolan will make a good choice and choose a strong woman who's worth it!

Anyway, coming back to Inception, I thought this film was great and since the Dark Knight I haven't seen such a great movie either! My 2 favourite actors were Ellen Page and JGL too  Though I was kinda disappointed that they didn't have more scenes together and that we didn't know what happened to them in the end... It's maybe not so bad finally because we can imagine whatever we want but well :D

This ring theory is really great as I was wondering if it was the truth or a dream as well, but this one makes it for me too! Wow, thanks for that!

I did like the comedic moments in it..

all these theories about the ending, I don't know which one I want to believe...

The one thing I do get are the kicks, I think
