zv50 phone freez

i have one zv50 phone freez help me to fix this peoblem

this can be only repaired by ustII or easy unlocker..

Have Had This same problem with no luck,tried reflashing.
But what I have noticed that the freezing is a hardware problem,looks like one of the keypad
keys gets stuck after a while?
