zv10 unlock

i try to unlock samsung zv10 with Multiunlocker_Code_Reader_2_1_1_beta
i use cable that comes with the phone but program allways says " error reading codes"

i unlocked several phone with this software before.

please help me unlock this phone

we can use 8110 flash cabl or z500 cabl to unlock this phone
and use UMTS program to unlock it

HI, I am trying to unblock a ZV10 Vodafone with the program
of MovilCom. I have the cable original USB of the atc. But him in an it creates none
COM and the program only works with COM. I am not getting to read the codes.
Can anybody help myself as for that???
