zv10 LOCK to all network



try to unlock using code


when i open the phone


display PHONE FREEZE SIM UNAVAILABLE CONTACT SERVICE PROVIDER


help how to solve this problem ??


im using Z3x but when i connect to software say


Searching Samsung USB interface... not found
Searching Qualcomm USB interface... not found
Searching phone at COM interface... unable to find phone
 
i connect the phone install the driver

but still the same

action : unlock .... no luck ..... flash the phone .... no luck


flashing phone NO LUCK


how can i find the Phone freeze code??
