Hello, thank you for anyone who takes the time to at least read and post your input on my current situation. So I am in the middle of downloading an old computer game, Zoo Tycoon and whenever I go to install it it comes up with a "disk error". The following is exactly what the pop-up says:
"Zoo Tycoon: Complete Collection encountered a disk error while writing to the file C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\ Zoo Tycoon\xpack1\animals5.ztd. Make sure your hard disk is not full, and that the file is not in use."
I've tried deleting programs/games off of my computer that I don't think I'll use anymore. But this doesn't seem to be solving the problem. Also when I go to My computer and right click on the Zoo Tycoon icon and click properties it says that there is no free space?! So maybe this could be the problem? Here is a screen shot of that. Also if you notice in the picture at the bottom it says "Space Free: 0 bytes" Is this the problem?
