Zoo Tycoon 2 Ultimate Collection?

Hi, i'm really interested in buying the game Zoo Tycoon 2 Ultimate collection(with 4 expansion packs). I was just wondering if the expansion packs all come with new campaign missions and scenarios? Like Extinct Animals, African Adventure, Marine Mania and Endangered Species do they bring more missions or are they just add ons of animals and stuff? I understand the Extinct Animals brings the fossil thing and making animals back to life, Marine Mania brings water shows and stuff, but what else do they and the others bring?
