i wanted to know what kind of person i can contact who specializes in changing zoning areas... could an architect do this or is there an actual job title for someone that specializes in this area? Currently the warehouse i own is in an industrial zoning the warehouse is large and i wanted to divide it into two where one can be a place for a used car dealership (which requires a different zoning area in order for it to be accepted). Yes there can be 2 business under 1 property they have seperate offices and are easy separately distinguished.
