Zoloft question

I just started taking Zoloft because Proxac made me really sick. I've only taken one pill and today I had a major panic attack and I am so shaky it's hard to do anything. Could the Zoloft already be affecting me or is it all in my head?
 
I started Zoloft about a week and a half ago, and while I haven't had any panic attacks, I have a constant shaky leg. I sit at a desk all day so it's very noticeable.
 
I saw my doctor again. She said that I need to ride it out and she will see me again in two weeks. The shaking is still there but I haven't had any more panic attacks, so I hope this is working.
