I know that medicines effect people differently, but has anyone been able to take zoloft for any length of time without having an issue with the dreaded weight gain?
I used to take zoloft many years ago, and don't think I had a problem with weight gain, even though my doctor thought he remerabered I did. I've tried lexapro(allergic), cyrabalta(made me more nervous), wellbutrin(more nervous), and now pristiq for my anxiety. The pristiq is okay, but I am still having quite a few issues with anxiety. My doctor says that he thinks I react the best to zoloft, but he does agree that it might cause me to gain weight.
