Zbigniew Brzezinski discusses the performance of the last three Presidents: George W. Bush, William J. Clinton, and George H.W. Bush in his newest book "Second Chance: Three Presidents and the crisis of American superpower".
Dr. Brzezinski was the National Security Advisor to Jimmy Carter and is currently a Professor of American Foreign Policy at the Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies, and is also a councilor and trustee at the Washington D.C. based Center for Strategic and International Studies.
I'm posting this video because people on yahoo answers need serious educating of this issue.
