I just got my new Z800i from 3 today and even after talking to them on the phone this thing still wont work.
I can look at pics ive taken on the phone on the computer
but the main reason i got the phone was for mp3s! and when I went into "File Manager" it comes up with this:
All the ports are enabled as well... :S
Please help me. This is such a big let down for me
