z720 freez

hi there i hav z720 ,its problem was ,network lock, i flash it with file xxfl2 by using downloader v5.32 but the downloader shows error,serial port open error,now phone freez on samsung z720 and after some time it restarts ,plz tell m i using right downloader?if yes then where is the prob,
 
flash it back with original flash files and flashing phone will not remove network lock or phone freeze you need unlocker tool
 
i said it showing error ,is i am using good downloader?and which 1 is origional file?i think i m givn it the origional file and where is its unlocker?
 
can you still put it in dowload mode if so try and flash again and if that dont work try flashing bootfiles as well at your own risk if you want to try

now i jus flsh it with z720m buge1 without givn boot file ,now phone is lockes,is by givn bootfile phone will b unlocked? using downloader v5.30
 
exactly what i said you need easy unlocker or some other tool to unlock it or unfreeze it flashing wont do it
 
i try to unlock it with ustpro 2 wen i press direct unlock write patchd imei unlock ,wen i try to write patch file it shows phone not detected,wen i prss fast unlock it show invalid data or unsuported simlock wat i do?
phone is showin incorect simcard and network lock
