Z510 flashed on usb cable, flashing was interrupted and phone won't boot anymore. How to boot it on usb cable 4+pwr don't work. Can the com cable Repair it?

no, i tryed many cables, but nothing. Wont boot, thotally dead.I will buy the new one to my customer, what else. Nobody gives help.
