Z500 +nosound

Hi,

Does anyone know what the problem could be when i get no sound on my Z500 ? The only thing i have done with it was to unlock it with the code and it worked but now 1 year later i get no sound, sometimes i get a sound when i shut down the phone.

Other way i get no sound when i should listen to music or when i call people, the people can hear me.

Does anyone know what it could be?

Do you know any good firmware?
Flash with usb- cable and multiloader?
Will search how to rebuild the IMEI. ( have now searched how to rebuild but i dont understand why to rebuild, and should i rebuild with the IMEI that comes with the phone?)

hmm i found out today that if i close the phone to that level that the outer screen get activated there are sound!

is it something with the hardware? but what is it that does like this?

but when i close the phone and the outer screen gets activated there is a icon like the vibration icon, is this normal?
 
press *#123580# this will get you into test mode, press 8 for Audio and go through the various menus resetting or just checking everything - worked for me !
