z500 memory problem

i have a z500 with memory problems. network is only found if manualy selected. after reboot network is gone.
when accessing photo-folder the phone reboots.

full reset and coustom reset no change.

any ideas?
 
4 network try whit another sim card ,better if its another provider cuz had same problem whit one tipe of simcards whit samsung models

for reboot u must fls phone
 
Yes, i have seen that.. The phone is probably stuck in a mode called FTM, and you need a special sw to restore it to Normal mode..

I have encounterd this fault many times
