Z500 can't detected by PC

phone is orange branded.PC regognize it like "data interface" and can't install drivers.same time another Z500 and Z500v detected as well(SAMSUNG CDMA modem). i flashed phone to Z500v(except USB boot) but still same.i think solution is to flash USB boot area.is there any safety way to do that??? i don't want phone die.
 
i think you need to change connection type in common menu *#9998*324# should get you there
 
Or there is a hardware fault on your phone.. USB Filter or PMU is broken.. very common problem when the computer can't recognice the phone..
 
it can't be that cause allready i flashed phone.

unfortunately i don't have the phone at my hands now to change connection type.
