Z400V ... can this be unlocked?

I am trying to unlock a colleagues Z400v (locked to Vodafone) without success.

I have tried WinIMEI V2.26, various other steps such as the auto network lock trick but nothing works.

WinIMEI says it has successfully unlocked but it has not, the network lock remains. When reading the phone it also says IMEI not available.

Can this phone be unlocked ... ?

Can anyone here generate unlock codes for it ?
 
i know there is a code out there for it because i tryed
*#7465625#, with accepted sim insind in my case voda z400v
then a menu will appear saying netlock is on there must be a code to sort this out!!!
