Z400 : PUK Code will unfreeze?

Like I stated eariler, I put wrong PIN PW 3 times when I got my phone first.
(Most stupiest thing I've ever done.)

And I know PUK CODE will unlock the PIN#.


Now I have unlock code from UK T-mobile by giving them IMEI number,

however I cannot unlock the "NETWORK LOCK" by putting #7465625*638*unlcokode#.

So the unlock code I got from UK T-mobile isn't working.

IS this true that I need PUK Code?

I really want to know the way to make this Z400 work!!!
(IT TURNS ON AND MAKE 911 CALLS )

PIN,PUK, they are SIM card password !
Nothing about the cell phone !!

If you input wrong PIN code 3 times, your SIM will be blocked,
and need PUK code to unblock your SIM card.
If you continue input wrong PUK code 10 times, your SIM will be lock up forever !

Don't be stupid.
Ask your operator for your SIM card PUK code !
