Z150 imei not active

i have a z150 which shows "imei not active" when i type the "*#06 " code, and can't find the network.
when i use NsPro it can connect to the phone but fail to read the info!!!!
can someone please explain to me why "imei not active" and how to repair it.

ok i see, nobody knows about that!!!!
but what about the right pinouts, can someone give me this please ?
