z140v need your help

On camera i get :
Picture full
Please delete pictures
and if i select "delete" option , phone restart...same efect when i try to open my files/picture.

any ideea ?
ps: full reset from phone menu and movilcom 2.0.2 "Full Reset" option , NO EFECT !
