Z140 after flash, only backlight on screen. Why?

Hi, i have flashed a z1401 because had soft problems, and after flash freezes on startup, and restart again.

After this i mistake and flashed zv10 flash, and now after some tried still only backlight on screen when i turn it on.

How to solve t his?

same pb with zv10
just restarting when initializing data base
flashed with 4 different flashes, but still the same
thanks for any idee
