Z105 Com Pinout Need!!!! Repair IMEI

HI, someone has Z105 Com Pinout?
I was flash it to debrand and I was lost IMEI.
WinImei aren't unable to write it again... Says "RF CalDate Error"
because need REAL COM (Serial) connection of phone with PC, so I need COM Cable Pinout or an alternative way to write IMEI Again on phone.

as long as caldate is empty you can't use winIMEI...

Problem it is not empty Caldate, simple winimei can't read it because need serial connection.
Diag Port are on UART. only on Qualcom mode you can set Diag Port on USB, but on qualcomm mode, winimei can't recognize phone because it searches for Samsung Modem.
So... I need pinout of z105 to make a REAL Serial connection
