z 500 flash files

i need the uk flash files for a SAMSUNG Z500 the phone wont let me access the contacts list or applications have been told it needs re flashing but am having problems finding the needed files the phone is on o2

Hi mate did you have any luck with this problem?
A friends z500 on orange uk worked fine with a 2g sim but had the same problems as yours with a 3g I unlocked it to all networks no problem apart from it will still freeze with any 3g sim this one has stumped me???
