Yugioh Wind/Water Deck?

well for a water deck there are a couple of different strategies. All of which need "A Legendary Ocean". You could make a stall deck where only ur weaker lvl 4 (3 with ALO) monster's can attack. use the Mermaid Knight and Amphibious Bugroth with ALO and Gravity bind/Level Limit. or u can use some high atk lvl 5 monsters that then become lvl 4 with ALO, then u get a monster with like 2600 atk with no tribute. or u can use the Ocean Dragon Lord/Levia Dragon with "Big Wave Small Wave". you could also use the new card Codarus, which is like a mini Levia Dragon. There are some more new cards that have been release for the water decks; arguably, the best one is "Forgotten Temple of the Deep" which also is treated as "Umi" and it lets u special summon from the graveyard. u could also try a combination of all of these deck types.
 
Hey, i wanted to start up a wind or water deck but i'm not sure how to go about it. Any suggestion or helpers. I wanted to do this because it is an unexpected type of deck, not very common that is. I'm leaning more for a wind deck but any water deck suggestion would be fine
 
That guy above me has explained the water deck..so, i will go for the wind deck instead...

actually its a dark wind deck with dark simorgh as the main combo...

there are three ways in summoning dark simorgh...special summon from hand, special summon from grave, and tribute summon it...so, it is pretty easy...

put many wind and dark monster in your deck...

mystic tomato
witch apprentice
sangan
armageddon knight (DARK)

flying kamakiri
bladefly
twin headed behemoth (WIND)

those are the materials for summoning simorgh...

the combo is dark simorgh + anti spell fragrance + imperial custom/ judgment of anubis

u can use foolish burial to send simorgh to grave, then special summon it...

you can use creature swap that will work well with mystic tomato or flying kamakiri

reasoning can be used for speed summoning...

heavy storm and giant trunade can be activated before you summon dark simorgh to clear up the field...

gorz, emissary from darkness is good staple card...
