yugioh what would happen if I summon ra and i attack but my opponent activates

Scrap-Iron Scarecrow? in my turn i sacrifice three of my monsters to summon ra and then i decide to attack, but my opponent activates the trap card "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow". Will the activation of that card stop my attack?
