A few questions about special summoning. two of them card specific:
1) If not specified, can you special summon in attack, face up defense, or face down position?
2) Monster Gate: "Offer one monster on your side of the field as a Tribute. Pick up cards from your Deck until you pick up a monster that can be Normal Summoned and Special Summon it. Send any other cards picked up to the Graveyard." When it says "a monster that can be Normal Summoned" does that mean with the tribute (a lvl 5-6) or lvl 1-6, or even +6?
3) Reasoning: this card has a long effect, so ill just get to the point that im confused over. It says that if the monster lvl you picked up isn't the one called by your opponent, special summon it. What if you pick up a monster that isn't the same lvl as called by your opponent, but the monster is not allowed to be special summoned?
