I always liked the original the best. I was kind of okay with GX for a bit, then I got annoyed. The newest ones... Eh... I kind of hate them.
The original original original Yu-Gi-Oh (referred to as 'Season 0') is the coolest, though.
The only thing that actually annoys me about the more recent series today is all the dumb cards and booster packs that come out. It's really ridiculous. All of my old cards from when the first season was out are practically banned from games because they're "too easy". When with all the new cards, all you have to do it play a few magic cards and you win the game. It's really dumb.
