I have some videos of a high school assembly from 2004-2005 or so. Is it legal to post these videos up? I heard that I have to get permission to post up videos if there are minors (under 18?) in the video. Is this really so? Does it matter if all the people in the video are no longer minors? (since this was over 3 years ago)
