YouTube court claim!!!!!!?

YouTube kicked me off there site and deleted my sportshighlightstv account which was really taking off and for no reason it was deleted and I was kicked off! Now from my view if it was doing so well I could have been in a position to make profit. I emailed them and queried them but got no response! Do i have a case
