Youth Camps (2009) in Chicago? What is it called?

I heard somewhere that this one Youth Camp in Chicago is loads of fun and I want to go this year, but don't have a clue on what it's called or when it is.

Just that it's for Indians.

And I don't live in the area, so I can't go somewhere and ask about it..
