North Korea attack for the last exercise. Now the US is sending in a carrier for this next exercise. Do you believe North Korea will attack again? There is no doubt in my mind if the North launches anything towards the South, whether it hits civilian targets or not, the South will strike and ask the US to unleash its forces in the area as well. Your thoughts whether the North will attack or back down?
