Here's an update for those of you following. Got the bike back yesterday evening, here's what was wrong with the bike. (I have the uti map 222 chip, that was not the issue like i thought it was)
The vertical belt was very loose and close to falling off, the other belt was loose also but not as bad and more importantly, the bike was running only on one cylinder! Something was unplugged that caused this.
I ran the bike for about 10 min after picking it up, no problem. Then went out to dinner and a movie, 4 hours later in very cold weather meaning the bike was started with the engine cold it started and did not die at idle like it always does!
This is a beautiful machine and I am finally happy with having this bike, too bad the dealer I bought the bike from wasn't aware of these issues and gave me a bike running on one cylinder and improperly torqued belts.
