Does anyone think that managers get blammed for almost anything and they shouldnt. I mean, why do managers get fired because thier team isn't doing good. I know sometimes that it could be becuase of his/her attitude or carelessness but think of the managers that love the sport of whatever. There only so much a manager can do. Teach and help a person become better at the sport. If a team isn't doing and a manager tries all he/she can do to help revive them but nothing works, why do they get fired? Its his/her fault for not doing good. Its not like the manager can go out there and do thier job. I think managers ( that are true sport managers) have hard jobs becuase if thier team isnt doing good, then that could lead to a bad reputation.
