I'm 20 weeks pregnant, and am enrolling in a physical edu. class at the local community college to keep a decent exercise routine going. I'm trying to get into the yoga class, as I have already emailed the teacher and she said with the exception of me doing certain poses I should be able to keep up with the other students, but that class is filling up really fast. Does anyone else have any ideas as a 2nd or 3rd back up plan just in case I can't get into it? I was thinking beginners palates but I have no background in that whatsoever. I will be 24 weeks by the time the class starts. Thanks.
