your fav childhood tv programme

As a small sprog - Trumpton.

A little older - The Magic Roundabout (something for all ages).

One programme I never liked at any age - Crackerjack.

Trumpton, Bagpuss, Jamie & the magic torch, Charlton & the wheelies (although when I tried to watch the DVD of that show, it gave me a headache!), The Muppets, Ivor, Thundercats to name a few.

Bernard's Watch

Teletubbies -I used to make my mum watch it with me until I was around 4

Rosie and Jim

and I've forgotten what it's called ....arghhh (if someone could tell me that'd be lovely) it was about these 4 toys ,I think they were like rag dolls or dolls at least because there were 2 boys and 2 girls I think though my memory could be wrong but they weren't human.
I distinctly remember them living in a thatched cottage to because there's one down my road and everytime I was coming home somewhere I'd be like
"Can we go and see ______ ? " but of course they were always on holiday, I also just asked my sister and she can't remember either but she says she
thinks they were French but I can't remember and at that age I wouldn't of noticed anyway.

Thomas The Tank Engine

Rugrats
and
The Demon Headmaster

Tots TV? There was a French girl in it, Tilly was her name I think. There were also 2 boys in it.

forgot about that one, I loved it! I had all the books too. I think I still have them somewhere.

Smurfs
The Queen's Nose
Grange Hill
Byker Grove (I had hearing problems, when the theme tune came along I'd sing "By-er...O!" ;) )
The Snorks
Rugrats

teletubbies :o
rugrats
blues clues
thomas the tank engine
sabrina the teenage witch
(that show with with the olsen twins - forgot the name of it)

I never had any favourites as we didn't have a tv, but I used to love Magic Roundabout, Bagpuss, Mr Benn with my children.
Slightly off topic - We had a compilation video of Bill and Ben, Muffin the Mule, Andy Pandy etc, and I put it on for my very young nephews a few years ago. They came running out to tell me my tv was broken (they had never seen black and white)

Rupert the Bear (despite the presence of that terrifying stick-guy)
Rainbow
Animal Kwackers
Mary, Mungo & Midge
Ludwig
Noah & Nellie
Barbapapa
Laff-a-Lympics
Wacky Races
The Herbs
Mr. Benn
Trumpton / Camberwick Green / Chigley
The Red Hand Gang
The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn

and a million more...........

Anyone remember Sam On Boff's Island, from the early to mid 70s? The BoRAB were little puppets, animated by stop-motion photography, like the clangers. One Didn't they have a machine that, when you fed information into a funnel, spelt out a word on its side?

John Craven's Newsround. - I was a bit of a geek. :D

No really, it was Andy Pandy!!!:D:D:D

"Andy Pandy's coming to play
La la la la la la
Andy Pandy's here today
La la la la la"

They don't write then like that anymore! :)
