Can anyone please tell me what this means? I am currently on hold with IRS and no one there seems to know ANYTHING. They have transferred me to 4 different people already

For the SMARTA** that thinks I am just calling to "JAM " up the line, I called because that is the same date it gave when it said it was processing so FOR YOUR INFORMATION, the date never changed just the message itself. Please keep your smarta** options to yourself. I am simply asking a question.
FYI, I never said a loan. I said refund, big difference.
