You think Rogers will help me support my "non-certified" phone?

So I bought a Samsung S5230 Tocco Lite online the other day and now it's set up with a Rogers PAYG, but now I'm starting to have tons of problems with it, such as trouble accessing voicemail and internet. You think Rogers can help me at all? Any numbers you think I can call to see if I can get that sorted out?
