You think if we showed teenagers real people having sex, they'd be more likely to wait?

Hear me out. I'm not really advocating showing porn to teenagers. I just think that maybe if they really knew what sex was like, not the made up, story book crap in Hollywood movies or the impossibly dumb crap in mainstream porn, they probably wouldn't be in such a hurry to have sex.

Think about it: Some 30 something couple with body flaws, someone says "wait, I have a cramp" or "ow, you're on my hair," with a bunch of repetitive humping that's over in 2 minutes. No one is screaming out in fake pleasure, or has some false glow afterward.

You think if they really understood that it's something that is so silly and mundane that it's seriously only worth doing with someone you love, but clearly can have some bad consequences, they'd be likely to wait for at least someone they really care about?

I don't know, just crazy stuff I think about when I'm bored.
Oh, for the love of God, I very much so enjoy having sex with my husband. But, I'm not so stupid as be under the delusion that we look like Brad and Angelina going at it in a movie. I mean, think about what you expected your first time to be like when you were younger... now remember what it was ACTUALLY like. See the difference?

Lol yeah I don't think that would help. I know that would just completely gross me out and that's all.
I think it's kinda the sort of thing that you just have to experience for yourself before you can really get that concept.
Not all teens are like that though, I'm almost 16 and my boyfriends 18, we've been together for 2 years without sex.

I understand where you're coming from, but no, no, no, no, it's not a good idea. Really imagine something like that. No way!

Oh, yes I agree. Also they need to see video of a birth, and an abortion procedure as well

TV glamorizes this stuff, kids think abortions are quick and easy and painless and are sorrowfully uneducated about what actually takes place (well, so are many adults).

The irresponsibility, self-indulgence, lack of self-control, and egocentrism that is glamorized and idolized and everyone calling CPS if the neighbor pops their kid on the butt is leading to the complete degradatino of the nation

50% births are illigitimate
1 million abortions a year

Are these numbers really necessary??
