I love LeBron (though I am a Laker fan), a defend him very frequently, he is the definitely the best SF in the game, and at least the second best player in the NBA. But until he gets a ring, he is not in Kobe's league. Kobe has 4 rings to Lebron's 0, is a better closer, more clutch, better shooter, better one-on-one defender (LeBron is great from weak-side, and blocking on break), better free-throw shooter, and better three-point shooter. Also, LeBron's team folded against Orlando in the Eastern Finals, whereas Kobe made pretty short work of Orlando in the NBA Finals. Kobe just toyed with them and did whatever he wanted with them. Another important point is that as silly as Kobe may act sometimes, at least he was man enough last year to shake at least some of the villain Celtics' hands, and spoke to the press afterwards. LeBron was absolutely classless to storm off the court, and not even talk to the media. As it stands right now, LeBron is great, but he is not as great as Kobe, that is the bottom line. Even the number 24 > 23!
