...the same go for a gas one? In California, I know that you don't need a license, registration, etc. to be allowed to drive an electric bicycle, as long as it can't go faster than 20 MPH, is 50cc or less, and has functional pedals. If a gas scooter has all the same specs, so if it only goes 20 MPH, is 50cc or less, and has pedals too, is it also drivable without a license?
