That means "leave". If bars are charging covers then they are just taking your money. Don't bother with them, there are plenty that don't have covers. Whenever we see that, we go somewhere else. Think about it, that $10 you could be spending on drinks. If you have a party of 7, thats 70 dollars in drinks!

It means you pay 10 bucks to get in just to order drinks. It also means that they probably have something fun going on inside that you pay to watch, like a live band or karaoke,
