YORK getting photo-ID for a 15 year old to get into a club.read on....?

my daughter has bought tickets to see a comedy act in a club in York.
there will be no alcohol there, and the staff ask for photographic ID.
As she has no passport, and I did hear something about a PROVE IT! ID card in the city. Where do we get one on short noctice!
HELP!
