If I do yoga for 15 minutes in the morning (like 6:15 am!!) and for 15 minutes at around 4 Pm ish and 15 more minutes at 9 Pm and run one mile everyday except sunday and saturday ( I have soccer on saturday..) will I be able to lose 10 pounds by June? Right now I'm 118 pounds and 5 feet 6 inches. If that has anything to do with it.. Also I will try to keep on this diet
Breakfast (around 6 Am to 6:30 Am)
A cheese sandwich or a granola bar, maybe dry cereal
Lunch (around 2:50 to 3:00)
Either Veggie burger soup and a slice of bread, a salad or pasta (carbs, i know..) or a pb and j sandwich with an apple or banana
Snack ( around 4:30- 5:30)
like an apple or grapes or peas or soemthing
Dinner
Whatever I make for m,e and my mother
Probably a veggie burger or soup or lasagna or quiche something like that.
